Work today was something. The IT company upgraded us to 2FA, which fucked with a lot of things. We had to set up authenticators ourselves, of course, which is maybe the only correct thing the IT company actually did throughout the whole process. For the VPN the link just didn't work at first for anyone, for some reason, and I had to go home because I wouldn't be able to connect to it from the office. The VPN client also needed to be upgraded, which I didn't have to do at least but everyone else did. Then the Microsoft accounts we all have were already set up with some other authenticator, meaning we couldn't actually fucking set up the authenticator because it would just ask for a code instead of giving us a QR code to scan. And this still isn't resolved because the IT department was apparently very busy today (boy I wonder why), and they never fucking called me back! Ugh.

I had more I wanted to talk about but that's a lot of yapping and I'm tired so I'm just going to bed.
